MAT အဖြ႔ဲသည္ ထိုင္းအစိုးရလူကုန္ကူးမႈတိုက္ဖ်က္ေရးအထူးရဲတပ္အဖြဲ႔ Anti-Human Trafficking Division  (AHTD)  ထိုင္းအစိုးရလူကုန္ကူးမႈစင္တာ Anti-Human Trafficking Center(DSI)  တို႔ႏွင့္ပူးေပါင္း၍ ၂၀၁၁ ခုႏွစ္ တြင္လူကုန္ကူးခံရသူေပါင္း ၅၀ဦးကိုကယ္တင္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ၿပီး လူကုန္ကူးသူ ၂ဦးကိုဖမ္းဆီးႏို္င္ခ့ဲပါသည္။ ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္အတြင္း လူကုန္ကူးမႈတိုက္ဖ်က္ျခင္းအႀကိမ္၂၀တြင္ ၂၉၂ဦးကိုကယ္တင္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ၿပီး လူကုန္ကူးသူေပါင္း၉ဦးကိုဖမ္းဆီးႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ၂၀၁၃ ခုႏွစ္အတြင္း လူကုန္ကူးမႈ ၄၂ႀကိမ္ ႏွိမ္နင္းမႈတြင္ လူကုန္ကူးခံရသူေပါင္း ၂၆၄ဦးကိုကယ္တင္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ၿပီး လူကုန္ ကူးသူေပါင္း ၂၃ ဦးကိုဖမ္းဆီးႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။

 ၂၀၁၄ ခုႏွစ္အတြင္း လူကုန္ကူးမႈ၂၈ႀကိမ္ႏွိမ္နင္းၾကရာတြင္ လူကုန္ကူးခံရ သူေပါင္း ၁၂၀ဦးကိုကယ္တင္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ၿပီးလူကုန္ကူးသူေပါင္း ၁၀ဦးကိုဖမ္းဆီးႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္အတြင္း လူကုန္ကူး မႈ၂၆ႀကိမ္ႏွိမ္နင္းမႈတြင္ လူကုန္ကူးခံရသူေပါင္း၂၆၅ ဦးတို႔အား ကယ္ထုတ္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ၿပီး လူကုန္ကူးသူေပါင္း ၁၉ဦးကိုဖမ္းဆီး ႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ 

        ၂၀၁၆  ခုႏွစ္အတြင္းလူကုန္ကူးမႈ ၂၇ႀကိမ္ ႏွိမ္နင္းရာတြင္ လူကုန္ကူးခံရသူေပါင္း ၃၄၇ ဦးကယ္တင္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ၿပီးလူ ကုန္ကူးသူ၉ဦးကိုဖမ္းဆီးႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ၂၀၁၆ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံအတြင္းလူကုန္ကူးမႈတိုက္ဖ်က္ျခင္းေၾကာင့္ ႏို္င္ငံျခား သားမ်ားႏွင့္အတူ DSI မွခ်ီးျမွင့္သည့္ DSI  Model Network ဆုကို ျမန္မာသံရံုးႏွင့္အတူ ပထမအႀကိမ္အျဖစ္ ရရွိခဲ့ပါ သည္။

      ၂၀၁၇ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ဇူလိုင္လအထိ လူကုန္ကူးမႈႏွိမ္နင္းျခင္း ၁၀ ႀကိမ္တြင္ လိင္အလုပ္သမမ်ားအပါအ၀င္ စုစုေပါင္း ၁၁၂ ဦးကိုကယ္ထုတ္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ၿပီး လူကုန္ကူးသူေပါင္း ၈ ဦးကို ဖမ္းဆီးႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။

         ယခုႏွစ္တြင္ ကၽြႏ္ုပ္တုိ႔ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံေရာက္ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားမ်ားအဖြဲ႔ MAT သည္ မသမာသူတို႔၏ ေခ်ာက္တြန္းမႈ ႏွင့္ အႏၱရာယ္ျပဳျခင္းတို႔ကို နည္းေပါင္းစံု အႀကိမ္ႀကိမ္ခံခဲ့ရသျဖင့္လံုၿခံဳေရးအလြန္ အားနည္းခဲ့ရပါသည္။ သုိ႔ျဖစ္၍ ၂၀၁၇ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ လူကုန္ကူးမႈတိုက္ဖ်က္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို ယခင္ႏွစ္မ်ားကကဲ့သို႔ အင္တိုက္အားတိုက္ မလုပ္ကိုင္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ၾက ေတာ့ပဲ လုပ္ကိုင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္မႈ ေလွ်ာ့နည္းခဲ့ရပါသည္။

       ကၽြႏ္ုပ္အခက္အခဲမ်ားစြာႀကံခဲ့ၾကရေသာ္လည္း ရႏိုင္သမွ် ႀကိဳးပမ္း၍ စဥ္ဆက္မျပတ္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ေနခဲ့ သည့္အတြက္ ထိုင္းအစိုးရလူကုန္ကူးမႈတိုက္ဖ်က္ေရး Anti-Human Trafficking Center- Department of Special Investigation (DSI) မွ ၂၀၁၇ ခုႏွစ္တြင္  ဂုဏ္ျပဳလက္ေဆာင္တစ္ႀကိမ္ႏွင့္ DSI  Model Network ဆုတံ ဆိပ္ကို ဒုတိယအႀကိမ္အျဖစ္ရရွိခဲ့ပါသည္။ 

MAT အဖြဲ႔သည္ ၂၀၀၈ ခုႏွစ္ကတည္းက စတင္ထူေထာင္၍ ထိုင္းေရာက္ အလုပ္သမားအေရးကိစၥမ်ားကို တတ္စြမ္းသမွ်ကူညီေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ ငါးဖမ္းေလွမ်ားေပၚမွ ေထာင္ခ်ီရွိသည့္ လူကုန္ကူးခံရသူမ်ား၊ ေရာင္းစားခံထားရသည့္ ရာခ်ီသည့္ျမန္မာျပည့္တန္ဆာမ်ားစြာတို႔ကိုကယ္ထုတ္ႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါသည္။

         လက္ရွိထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံတြင္ လူကုန္ကူးမႈမွာေလွ်ာ့နည္းသြားျခင္းမဟုတ္ပါ။ ထိုင္းငါးဖမ္းေလွမ်ား၊ ပင္လယ္အစားအစာ ထုတ္လုပ္သည့္ေနရာမ်ား၊ နယ္စြန္နယ္ဖ်ား ေမြးျမဴေရးႏွင့္ ကြန္ေပါင္းစက္ရံုမ်ားအျပင္ အိမ္ေဖၚမ်ားစြာတို႔လည္း လူကုန္ကူးခံေနရဆဲျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ကၽြႏ္ုပ္တို႔သည္ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံအတြင္း တရား၀င္ဖြဲ႔စည္းထူေထာင္ခြင့္ရရွိသည့္အဖြဲ႔မဟုတ္ ပါ။ သို႔ျဖစ္၍ ထိုင္းႏွင့္ျမန္မာအစိုးရတို႔၏ ကူညီေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈ အေလွ်ာ့အတင္းအေပၚတြင္သာအဓိကမူတည္ပါသည္။

In the year of 2011, MAT saved 50 victims of human trafficking and arrested two traffickers by giving closer collaboration with Thai Anti-Human Trafficking Division (AHTD) and Anti-Human Trafficking Center (DSI). In the year of 2012, it rescued 292 human trafficking victims and arrested 9 traffickers as 20^th times operations of Anti-Human Trafficking events. In the following year, MAT crack downed 42^nd times operations and 264 victims were saved by MAT in the year of 2013 during that operation. In 2014, MAT rescued 120 victims of human trafficking and arrested 10 traffickers in 2014.  

MAT conducted 26^th operations event of Anti-Human Trafficking and saved 265 victims of human trafficking and arrested 19 traffickers in 2015. MAT implemented 27^th operations, it saved 347 victims of the human trafficking and arrested 9 traffickers in 2016. As result of its hardworking, MAT received the DSI Model Network award which is honored by DSI together with Myanmar Embassy in Thailand and other foreigners who are working in Anti-Human Trafficking in 2016 as the first time. As of July in 2017, MAT saved 112 victims of human trafficking which included 10 prostitutes as 10^th operation outreach of Anti-Human Trafficking and arrested 8 traffickers.      

In this year, members of MAT and its staff working for Anti- Human Trafficking and helping vulnerable migrants have been threatening by people who commit abuses and people who do illegal things by different ways and deal with security issues of people work for MAT. Therefore, the situation makes MAT unable to conduct and prevent its Anti-Human Trafficking activities as the previous years due to the threats and obstacles. But MAT tries the best in the prevention of human Trafficking even though it has some obstacles and difficulties. 

As a result, MAT re-received the DSI Model Network award from the Anti-Human Trafficking Center-Department of Special Investigation (DSI) as the 2^nd times in 2017. MAT established in 2008 in order to be able to assist migrants who are working in Thailand. MAT is able to save thousands of victims of human trafficking from fishing boats and hundreds of prostitutes who were trafficked in the prostitution.

Currently, the number of trafficking cases or level of trafficking cases are not decreased yet in Thailand. People are being trafficked to the fishing boats, seafood production factories, agricultural sectors and work as domestic helpers in Thailand. MAT is not registered organization in Thailand legally and MAT mainly relies on the kind supports and care of Thai and Myanmar government.
